When saving a web page, it can be a simple.

It may or may not help with your current problem, but the info should be handy for others, who like to save web pages into their hard drive (I have stored millions). This appears to be VB.NET (which I am not) However just a general comment on Saved web pages, that some people are not aware of. ?Why do the images not display when I use webBrowser? I then checked to see if the html file (in the resources directory) displayed in an html viewer/editor (KompoZer) - they all displayed as they should. All these files (html and png’s) were displayed in the solution explorer for the project. However, the images (*.png files) embedded were not displayed! Note, the html file was copied into the resources for the project using its properties and all the *.png files were copied into the resources in a similar way (as image files). The following rather simple approach seems to work. I found a solution to the earlier problem that I had with the display of local html files, (with the help of several member of this group).
